We process and ship all orders within 24 hours!

Please note: If your order is placed on a Sunday or holiday, it will ship the next business day.

Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way!

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you purchase from Juniper Jayne Boutique! 💗

Eligible returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Once a return label is created, items must be shipped back within 7 days.

ALL ELIGIBLE RETURNS ARE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT ONLY. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. Store credit will be issued once your return has been received, inspected, and approved.

All sale items, seasonal items, accessories, jewelry, hats, gift cards, and Lasties are final sale and cannot be returned.

Redo Returns & Package Protection

By selecting Redo Free Returns & Exchanges at checkout, return shipping is covered for qualified returns, along with protection for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If Redo is not selected at checkout, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the store credit issued.
